Bengal gram flour-1/4kg
Black gram dal-1/2tsp
Boil aloo &slice it.
Take oil in a fry pan ,season it with black gram dal,mustard seeds,jeera,add curry leaves,chopped onions,green chillies&fry it.
Now add boiled aloo,turmeric,salt&lemon juice.mixthourougly,remove from fire.
Cashew can be mixed optionally.
Take a mixing bowl add rice flour,Bengal gram flour,salt,jeera,chilly powder,baking powder&water,to make a batter consistency.
Beat the batter thoroughly with the hand.bonda will be very soft by mixing the batter thoroughly.
Make the prepared aloo curry into balls &dip one after the other into batter,fry them in boiled oil till golden brown.
Place the fried aloobondas in the tissue paper to avoid excess of oil.for every time beat the flour with the hand .
Green peas can be added if available.
Can be served with tomato sauce&green chutney.
