Aloo BondaWed, 17/06/2009 - 02:56Aloo-1/2kg Bengal gram flour-1/4kg Rice flour-2tsp Salt-2tsp Onions-2 Green chillies-6 Lemon-1 Oil-300gms Mustard seeds-1/2tsp Black gram dal-1/2tsp Jeera-1/2tsp Chilli powder-1/2tsp Baking powder-1/2tsp Coriander-1/2cup Cashew nuts-30gms Turmeric-1tsp Curry leaves-10 Boil aloo &slice it. Take oil in a fry pan ,season it with black gram dal,mustard seeds,jeera,add curry leaves,chopped onions,green chillies&fry it. Now add boiled aloo,turmeric,salt&lemon juice.mixthourougly,remove from fire. Cashew can be mixed optionally.
